Pinout same as LM78xx series for direct replacement.
Optional EN pin(can leave floating), To enable, disable the module, default enabled with on board pull up. To disable output, put this pin to ground. To enable put this pin to 2-5V high level.
As shown below module is provided in ADJ mode where on board preset is used to adjust output voltage. If you want to use fixed voltage, then cut this adj track and short the output voltage jumper you need.
